Hello again!  Long time, no bark.  Today we took a nice relaxing walk on the trails at the local state park.

Wait!  Monica B, what are you doing??? She jumped right off of the amazingly high bridge into the deep water below.
This is my stunned face!  Wow, she is so brave.  There was no way I was plunging into that raging river.

My foster Mom says Monica B used to be just like me, afraid of everything.  She wouldn't even let the foster Dad pet her for a whole six months.  My foster Mom says not to worry, some day soon I will be a brave, tough, dog just like Monica.

Ack! Look at this hideous beast that crossed the path right in front of us.  The good news...I didn't scream like a girl and neither did my foster Mom.  She said that is the foster Dad's job.  He hates snakes.

I am not a very fast walker.  I am always bringing up the rear.  Get it, "the rear" and the picture.  Ha Ha!

By the end of our walk it was really getting warm outside and I was getting really hot and tired.  You are not going to believe what I did next...

I dived into the raging water below to cool off. I was sure I was going to perish from the deadly fall, but I MADE IT.  And my tootsies sure felt nice too!

Well that was my excitement for the weekend.  I need to run off now and take a rest. I will lay right here next to my brave buddy Monica B.

Hey Monica, do you think you can rub some of your brave on me?

Hi friends,

I have had a big week and I have gained some more confidence.  I came out of my crate and I now like to spend my evenings with the rest of the family in the living room.  I even let the big, scary, giant, (aka- foster Dad) pet me on occasion.
This is one of my favorite spots.  I decorated it myself.

This is my other favorite spot.  Yup, I decorated it too!  I love stuffies.

I also took a walk at the park.  This is my fearless leader Zoey.  She stopped and showed me how to leave the pee mail on every blade of grass.  That was a great time!

Thanks for stopping in and checking up on me.  My foster Mom says I am getting braver every day!
